Ninjaneering is an independent game development studio in Austin, TX. Ninjaneering was formed by much of the premier talent from the former Ultima Online 2 team from Origin Systems in July. Our passion is developing premier next generation console, PC, and online games. Some of the key members of our team include:
Peter Freese - former UO2 client graphics lead
Damion Schubert - former UO2 lead designer
Tom Gambill - former UO2 graphics/physics
Andy Mitchell - former UO2 graphics/characters
Sean Riley - former UO2 server architecture
Glyph Lefkowitz - former UO2 client/server
Ninjaneering’s vision is to apply its MMP talent and proprietary 3D engine and server technology to making the best games imaginable. In addition to being a developer, we offer MMP design, 3D graphics, and server programming and consultation on a contract basis.
We strongly believe there is a huge opportunity for financial success in the MMP space; however, that space is also filled with pitfalls, traps, and dead ends. Ninjaneering brings a wealth of experience and a solid design philosophy to the table. Our team consists almost entirely of professional developers with MMP experience, the majority of whom have been team leaders and understand the importance of good scheduling, timely delivery of milestones, and how to get games shipped. Some of the titles our team members have shipped are:
* Ultima Online
* Gabriel Knight III: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned
* Air Warrior
* 10SIX
* Meridian 59
* Blood
* Ultima IX: Ascension
* Vigilance
