Outrage has been making games for 7 years, originally as part of Parallax Software, which split into Volition and Outrage in 1997. Outrage and Volition have received dozens of awards and acclaims for the creation of the Descent series, especially with the recent release of Descent 3, which was widely praised by the industry press.
Based in scenic Ann Arbor, Michigan, and led by industry veteran Matt Toschlog (Jet, Car & Driver, Descent Series) with 13 years of game-making experience, Outrage has produced games for multiple platforms including the PC, Macintosh, PlayStation, and the new iMac. Today, Outrage continues to chart new territory with its upcoming adventure game for the PlayStation 2. |
