Programmers Cheats
Turbo GeeBee:
Rapidly tap X at the "Now Loading" screen until the GeeBee aircraft flies to the top of the screen. The word "Good!!" will appear to confirm correct code entry. The GeeBee will now fly over 100 mph faster than normal during game play.

Extra planes:
Hold R1 + L2 and quickly press Select(20) on controller two at the title screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. The F-16 and F-117A will be available on the plane selection screen.

Alternate plane color:
Hold R2 + L1 while the game loads.

Fly jet:
Successfully complete the game with the Foo Fighter jet in unlimited, mirror, or reverse mode. Note You must destroy all balloons during the bonus level.

Foo Fighter jet:
Successfully complete the game with the Light Flyer and Leo Copter jets in unlimited, mirror, or reverse mode.

Leo Copter jet:
Successfully complete the game in unlimited, mirror, or reverse mode and get the good ending.

Light Flyer jet:
Successfully complete the game in limit 500 or unlimited mode and get the normal ending.

Hint: Easier time trials:
Press L2 or R2 to roll during the time trials to add a few more seconds to the clock.
